Welcome to TradLink (“we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the TradLink application (“App”) and related services (collectively, the “Services”). By installing or using our App, you (“Merchant,” “User,” or “you”) agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not install or use our Services.

1. Eligibility

To use TradLink, you must:

  • Have a valid Shopify account in good standing.

2. Account & Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Shopify account credentials and for all activity under your account.

  • You must ensure that your use of the Services complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

3. Use of Services

  • You may use TradLink only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

  • You must not:

    • Use the Services to engage in fraud, spam, or any illegal activity.

    • Reverse engineer, copy, or resell the App without prior written consent.

    • Interfere with or disrupt the security, functionality, or integrity of the Services.

4. Payments & Subscriptions

  • Some features of TradLink require a paid subscription.

  • Fees, billing cycles, and renewal terms are disclosed within the Shopify App Store.

  • All payments are processed through Shopify’s billing system. Refunds, if applicable, are handled according to Shopify’s policies.

5. Intellectual Property

  • All rights, titles, and interests in TradLink, including software, content, and branding, remain our exclusive property.

  • You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App solely for your Shopify store.

6. Data & Privacy

  • By using our Services, you agree that we may collect, store, and process data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

  • We comply with applicable data protection regulations, including GDPR and CCPA, where required.

  • You retain ownership of your store’s data. We do not sell customer data to third parties.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, TradLink is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.”

  • We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

  • We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.

  • You may uninstall the App at any time via your Shopify dashboard.

  • We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if you violate these Terms or misuse the App.
